1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the okx8 platform and all its services. By accessing the okx8 website or mobile application, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

Key terms used in this document are explained below:

"Platform" refers to the okx8 website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
"User" or "You" refers to any individual registered on the Platform.
"We" or "okx8" refers to the entity operating the okx8 platform.
"Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the Platform.
"Balance" refers to the monetary amount held in an account.
"Bonus Funds" refers to value granted as part of a promotion, subject to specific conditions.

Important: These Terms may be revised from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on the Platform, and continued use will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and enjoy gaming services on the okx8 platform, all of the following conditions must be met:

You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
You must provide accurate and complete identity and contact information.
Each individual may only create and operate one account.
Residents of regions where online gaming or betting is entirely prohibited are not legally eligible to use this platform.
You must be of sound mind and using this service of your own free will.
You must access this platform through your personal device or browser — the use of automated bots or third-party software is prohibited.

Notice: okx8 reserves the right to verify the age or identity of any individual at any time. An account may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

After successful registration, we may request documents to verify your identity — such as a copy of your national ID or birth certificate. Withdrawals may not be processed until verification is complete.

Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
Your account is personal — it may not be used by anyone else.
Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits at okx8:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
Upay — UCB-affiliated mobile payment service

Minimum deposit: ৳500 (same for all methods). Make sure to use the correct account number for each transaction. okx8 will not be liable for transactions made with incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of submission. Withdrawals are only possible to registered and verified payment methods.

Full account verification is required before a withdrawal can be made.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
okx8 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if additional verification is required.
The withdrawal request must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = complete ৳20,000 in bets to make bonus winnings withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus offers cannot be stacked together unless specifically stated.
Each bonus may have an expiry date — once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by abusing the system will result in account closure.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

The okx8 platform offers a variety of gaming experiences including slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, Teen Patti, and more.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The outcome of each bet is determined by a neutral and automated process.
A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
Abnormal results caused by technical errors or software bugs may be declared void.
The outcome of an incomplete game due to internet disconnection will be determined according to the server's record.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, and other sports. Matches and odds available in the betting markets are subject to change and may be updated before an event begins.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
In the case of unclear or disputed results, okx8's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okx8 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

Using another person's identity or payment method.
Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
Abusing the bonus system or attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements.
Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
Exploiting any bug or technical vulnerability in the platform.
Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Harassing or defrauding other users.
Impersonating okx8 staff.

Notice: okx8 reserves the right to report information about fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is of great value to us. okx8 uses modern SSL encryption and secure data storage methods to keep your information safe.

Information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of providing services and preventing fraud.
Your information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by User

10.2 Suspension or Closure by okx8

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

If a breach of the Terms is confirmed or suspected.
Failure to verify identity or unwillingness to provide documents.
Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or deceptive activity.
Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

If closed for a valid reason, the legitimate balance will be returned. In case of terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okx8 will not be liable for the following:

Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or software bugs.
Data breaches resulting from third-party actions or cyberattacks.
Incomplete games or transactions due to internet disconnection.
Account losses resulting from your own negligence or sharing your password.
Normal losses in betting or gaming.
